Carmella Sidote Biography
Carmella Sidote is a full time licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Exit Realty connections. Prior to her real estate career, Carmella owned and operated Carmella’s Little Stars Child Day Care. Several years later, her managerial expertise along with her caring nature led her to a career in medical management. Today, Carmella’s creativity, enthusiasm and desire to make people happy is perfect for matching her client’s to their dream home, as well as skillfully featuring a home’s unique presence and character.
A long time resident of Dutchess County, Carmella sells residential and commercial properties in Poughkeepsie, Wappingers Falls, Hyde Park, Hopewell, Lagrangeville, Fishkill, Beacon, Staatsburgh, Rhinebeck and the surrounding areas.
Carmella enjoys taking a direct, hands on approach with her clients and is well supported by her superb office support staff and team at Exit Realty Connections. She understands that buying and/or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions in a person's life and views representation and guidance of her clients through this process as a true privilege. Carmella helps the community by donating to Habitat for Humanity. To date EXIT Realty has donated over $2.25 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.
